Nathan

We had a great Independence Weekend. We had Nathans birthday, Abby's baptism and the 4th all within a day of each other. We made the most of it, and had a blast. Nathan asked for an Optimus Prime cake, and before you laugh at it, know that I know it looks nothing like him! I tried and I guess thats all that matters, because he was happy.

Grandpa and Grandma Rowley came and gave him his own tool box and a few tools to get him started. It made his day, he loves it.

Then he opened up his gifts from his family, he received a new camping chair, and a skateboard and helmet. He will spend countless hours outside practicing so he can be good on it, and I have to say that I am impressed. When he got it he could barely stand on it and not tip over, and now he is cruising all over the driveway. He catches onto things so quickly.
Happy Birthday Nathan!!!

Abby's Baptism

We have had a great summer, to start it off Abby turned 8 and was baptized. It was a beautiful day, and we had so much family come and support her. Thank you to everyone for coming!

All she wanted for her birthday was scriptures and a hymn book. She was so excited when she opened them on her baptism day, Thank you to everyone for the gifts too, she was so spoiled it was like a second birthday for her. Congratulations Abby, We are so proud of you!

Leah's Birthday!

Today my baby turns 4! I can't believe she is that big. She has got her daddy wrapped around her little finger and she knows it too. She makes us laugh every day and always has something to say. She is such a good helper and can't wait for the new baby to get here so she can take care of her. Happy Birthday Leah, we love you!!

Nathan's Birthday!

Today my Nate is 6, and I am not sure how that happened! He is growing up so quickly, I forget he is so old. He will start first grade this year and he is so excited about it. It will be a big adjustment not having him around during the day. He is impatiently waiting for his dad to get home from work so that he can open his presents, and have his cake. I guess I better finish making it first! Then we are headed up to watch the fireworks. I love having a boy in the house, he makes me laugh every day, and just can't wait until his "best bud" gets home from work so that they can do stuff together. Happy Birthday Nathan, you keep life exciting!
