Part 3

On one afternoon, Rich took Leah and Brylee back to the hotel for a nap. So Abby, Nate and I got to go and do things just the 3 of us.
We ran into Captain Jack just after coming off of the Pirates ride. He was amazing, such a good job.
At California Adventure.
If you look closely, you can see Nate's arm!

Stuck in the box, if only!!
The Queen of Hearts, she was chasing Donald Duck around for awhile while we were there, if was pretty cute!

For you Aunt Kristi! We didn't actually get to sit and talk with her, she was always so busy!

Leah and I got to go on the Star Wars ride together. Its 3D, AMAZING! Rich and the kids stood in line with Brad and Jolene for the hour and a half wait. Leah and I used the stroller pass and walked right on. It was worth the wait.
Headed to Goofy's Kitchen, this is right in front of the Disneyland Hotel.

Part 2

We went to Disneyland with my friend Jolene, and her family...it was awesome!!! It was so nice to have someone else there to do things with. Also extra adults so that we could pass Brylee back and forth so that there were enough adults to go with the kids on rides. This is on Tom Sawyers island. The kids had a lot of fun hanging all over it.

Here is Leah and Brooklyn waiting to see the fairies!!!
I am loved how interactive each character was with the kids...they took time to visit with them and sign their books and listen to ALL their little stories.
Abby and Leah with Silvermist...she was so cute, and Leah loved her.
My very cute baby...this is what she did best. She pulled off her bows and would try to throw them out of the stroller, or made them a bowtie.
This guy was hilarious...he even signed his signature.."GREEN ARMY MAN." Rich and I got a kick out of that. He sat and posed with the kids and talked with them for about 5 minutes.
We got out of line for the green army man, and he ended up switching places with Woody. So we got right back in line again. As you can guess, Rich was thrilled!!
Playing in the water in Bug Land.
Nate is so embarrassed that I would even put this on, but I caught it...and I thought it was hilarious!! He had it on his head for all of 2 seconds and my camera actually cooperated enough that I caught it. Poor Kid, I may have to look into therapy!!
My cute girls!!
Rich and the kids on the Tea Cups.
We found Peter Pan just strolling by, we asked for an autograph and he said sure just follow me... He signed the books while walking (at quite a fast pace) and Rich trying to keep up with the stroller as Peter dashed back and forth between people. It was kind of funny.
I stood in line for the princesses with Brylee and sent Rich to do some rides with the kids. I was in line for just over an hour and a half. When we got to the front of the line we had to wait a few extra minutes for the princesses to change places. We just missed Tiana, Ariel, and Cinderella. But we got to see Sleeping Beauty which is Leah's absolute favorite!! Nate wasn't too thrilled to be there but I promised him a cool toy if he just put up with it and he was a good sport.

Here is Abby's favorite, Belle.
This was really cute, we were headed out of the park for the day and we see Donald Duck and so we jump in line. I have never seen lines form so quickly as we did in Disneyland, its kind of crazy. Anyway, we get to the front and Nate has his new sword. (bribe for meeting the princesses) Donald starts running and hiding from him because he was afraid of his sword. Nate just ate it up, poor Donald couldn't stop shaking long enough to sign his book he was pretty scared!! Nate chased him around the tree and everyone around us got a good laugh. It was so cute...Leah is in the background because she didn't want Donald's autograph.

Disney Vacation Part 1

I cannot even tell you how much FUN we had!! My kids were so excited just to fly on an airplane, that we could have flown there and turned around and just have come home. We got to the airport in plenty of time, not knowing how long it would take us to get checked in with all our luggage and with 4 kids. So once we got to the gate we had 2 hours to spare. We took our laptop to watch movies at the gate and the kids also played games on mine and Richs phones.
Brylee did so good, I was so proud of her. She just played and was so happy at the airport. She found this cute puppy by us, and she is fascinated by animals. She just loved him and crawled after him on the ground.
The kids did so great on the plane, the stewardess even commented that Brylee was so well behaved. She didn't fuss or anything. The kids loved looking out the windows at the clouds and seeing the tiny towns! The flight was about 1 and a half hours. It went a lot more smoothly than I had hoped.
We got to Disneyland Tuesday afternoon, and the first ride Rich decides to take the kids on is the Matterhorn. All 3 come off of it crying. Awesome. So we went to look for something a little more low key. We spent the rest of the evening going on little rides that we could all go on.

On our way out of the park we found Mickey Mouse!! The kids were so excited to see him, especially on the first night. We headed back to the hotel (it had been a VERY long day.) Our hotel was perfect for us. We had a room with 2 queen beds and then a separate room with bunk beds and their own TV and table. It was perfect. The kids liked having their own space and watching the shows that they wanted to watch.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
We found Pluto in Toon Town, the characters there are amazing. They all take time for each of the kids and interact with them. They will sign autograph books and pose for pictures until moms are satisfied!!

This is in Mickey Mouses house.
Another one with Mickey!
